Email issue with forms

I was getting some emails in regards to forms and it was rather confusing to me because I didn’t see any forms in my inbox. Well, I have figured out what the issue is and am really red-cheeked about it.

I have the forms bounce to my Gmail account. I have my Gmail account IMAPPED to my phone. I had my Gmail settings to delete IMAPPED mail from the server once read on my phone. ARG!!!

I have corrected the setting and went into the forms data base to pull any forms which need to be processed so we are all update to date.

Sorry for the delay on some forms but you will be happy to know no notice settings were harmed in the creation of this form-email issue

Happy Holidays! Pushing all forms for the holidays

With the Holiday season upon us we are all busy rushing around getting everything done. I am going to make it easy as possible for everyone and push all pending forms through by end of day tomorrow. If you have been holding off on enrolling your business, now is the time to do it and not have to wait the mandatory 3 month period.

New Changes happening now!

Most people have come to realize that when I made a decision to change something with the GMC it usually leads to a major new update of process which gives you, our valuable memebers, something really good to use with the GMC.

As part of the last policy update to have a mandatory 3 month waiting period for all new enrollments, there is a nice kick-back to those who have kept their listings current and not go past due for renewals. Today I will be working on a major update with the blog in general which will lead to all current members to have notice rights. Now with the notice spam greatly reduced to only current enrollments being able to send their notices we can expand that notice allowance to include all rosters in the GMC.

Yes … ALL GMC enrolled members will have notice rights to post for your markets, stores AND rentals!!!

Please bare with me as these new updates are rolled out and watch this space for updates! Please keep in mind your page may be temporarily unavailable if you are trying to view it as I work on it. If the enrollment is not past due please wait a moment before trying to view your page again.

Newness …

• At the bottom of every page is now a “Renew Due” note which will include the date your renewal is for so you can easily find it when you need.
• There are no more roster main pages.  These became obsolete with the links being on the main page and were created mainly for organizational purposes.  I have done some restructuring and now these 3 roster listings (Market, Store and Rentals) have been removed.  Please refer to the links at the side columns of the main blog to view the enrollment pages.
• When an enrollment is over-due the page will be temporarily removed.  A reminder will be sent out and if no renewal form has been received within 3 days the page and enrollment will be removed.   At that time any new enrollments will be subjected to the mandatory hold time.

Scrub done and NEW changes!

The scrub is complete and over 40 Managers and Markets have been removed. WOW the place is nice and tidy now!!

There will be new changes to the enrollment process. New markets/enrollments will NOT be granted so easily. This is to help protect the integrity of the marketplace revenue AND the vendors who rent in them. Easily markets are up and gone within 3 months so there will now be a THREE MONTH waiting period for all new enrollments. Hopefully this will balance out the rental situation in markets.

Spring Cleanin Scrub

For the remainder of the day I will be scrubbing the GMC roster. Any listings which have no renewed in the past 3 months WILL BE REMOVED. If you find yourself without notice rights, check the blog for your market’s page. If it’s been removed it’s because the renewal was overdue and removed. The market will have to be enrolled again.

I know this is a pain in the ass but sifting through dozens of outdated pages is too.

New Form: Removal Request

To help with the removal request process for enrollments easier, a new form has been added to so you can easily have your listed enrollment removed.

Please keep in mind that when you have a listing enrolled with the GMC you take on the responsibility to ensure that listing is kept updated and removed if needed.

You can find the form HERE and will take about 10 seconds of your time to fill out.

Market/Rental Forms Updated

Scrub Time!

We are noticing there is a high number of pages which are due for renewal 6 months or more listed on the blog.

A scrub will be happening today. If your renewal is due and we have not received a form then YOU WILL BE REMOVED. This is part of the normal maintenance routine for the GMC to ensure that only ACTIVE markets/stores/rentals are listed with the GMC.

CHECK YOUR PAGES!!! Go to the blog (my web tab or click your GMC signs) and read your listing! Renew if needed!!
